These pictures are from September – November 2002. This is the best time to visit Nepal as the weather is hot and dry, the sky is clear and all the main festivals take place at this time of year.
The first festival is Teej, the Festival of Women. The next festival is Dasain, which is the biggest annual festival in Nepal and last for 15 days. Finally comes Tihar, known as the Festival of Lights.
